1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using https://letyoucraft.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. “LETYOUCRAFT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Website is not directed to children under 13.

3. Website purpose

LETYOUCRAFT publishes educational and creative content about crochet, knitting, yarn, tools, plushies, digital patterns, craft techniques, troubleshooting, and related subjects. Content is provided for general informational and creative purposes. Results vary depending on materials, tension, gauge, skill, substitutions, interpretation, and other factors.

4. No guarantee and no professional advice

We work to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every article, calculation, pattern, measurement, link, recommendation, or result will be complete, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or available at all times. Content is not legal, medical, financial, engineering, product-safety, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Craft safety

Crafting may involve needles, hooks, scissors, pins, hot tools, adhesives, wires, small parts, safety eyes, stuffing, cords, buttons, and materials that can present injury, allergy, choking, strangulation, or fire risks. You are responsible for selecting age-appropriate materials, following manufacturer instructions, supervising children, keeping small parts away from children and animals, and assessing whether a finished item is suitable for its intended use. A handmade toy or decoration should not be treated as compliant with a specific safety standard unless it has actually been assessed and documented under the applicable rules.

6. Digital design and testing transparency

Some patterns, diagrams, measurements, mockups, or images may be digitally designed or calculated without a physical prototype or physical test knit/crochet. When this applies, LETYOUCRAFT aims to describe the content honestly and does not claim physical testing, sampling, photography, or certification that did not occur. Calculated dimensions are design targets and may differ in real use because of gauge, materials, technique, and finishing.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, patterns, charts, diagrams, illustrations, graphics, branding, downloadable files, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to LETYOUCRAFT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access Website content for personal, non-commercial learning and may print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, translate, upload, scrape, train a model on, create a competing database from, or commercially exploit substantial Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

A free or paid pattern may include separate license terms. Those specific terms control if they conflict with these general Terms.

8. Finished items made from patterns

Unless a particular pattern states otherwise, you may generally make finished handmade items from a LETYOUCRAFT pattern for personal use or small-scale sale, provided you create the items yourself, comply with applicable product-safety and labeling laws, and do not represent LETYOUCRAFT as the manufacturer, sponsor, certifier, or seller of the finished item. You may not sell, share, or redistribute the pattern itself. Attribution such as “Pattern by LETYOUCRAFT” is appreciated and may be required by the specific pattern license.

9. User comments and submissions

If the Website permits comments, reviews, images, messages, or other submissions, you remain responsible for what you submit. You grant LETYOUCRAFT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, format, and use the submission as necessary to operate and promote the Website, subject to the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

We may remove or refuse submissions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, off-topic, infringing, unsafe, promotional spam, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not required to publish or retain any submission.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LETYOUCRAFT and its owners, contributors, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or other law in your country requires a different result. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by written communication. Subject to mandatory law, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.

19. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any later breach.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The current version will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
